Our refund and returns policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a free return if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase. We will arrange a collection for you, but please note that a collection fee of £249 will apply.

Alternatively, you can take advantage of our free return service by dropping the sofa off at our collection point located at 351 Purley Way Croydon. No collection fee will be charged if you choose this option.

Please ensure that the sofa is in its original packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Once the sofa is collected or dropped off, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank or PayPal account.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for bespoke orders or items made to special specifications, including custom colors that are not available in our general online sale.
